Lard Yao Peter is a traditional hand tattooer who learned to tattoo in the infamous Thai prison Lard Yao, also known as the Bangkok Hilton. After being incarcerated for 4 years and 3 months in German prison in the 1980s, he escaped and fled to Thailand, where he got in trouble with the law and spent another 4 years and 3 months in the high security prison.
